Welcome to SEETE
SEETE – Securing Enabling Environments Through Empowerment supports prisons and
criminal justice partners to create safer, more rehabilitative environments that reduce re-offending and improve outcomes for both staff and people in custody. Led by lived experience and delivered professionally, SEETE works alongside prisons to strengthen recovery, improve equality and inclusion, enhance staff–prisoner relationships, and support
successful resettlement. Our focus is on building Sustainable Enabling Environments where
responsibility, accountability, dignity, and rehabilitation are embedded into everyday prison life.
